On a rainy June day, JoAnna and Tom had a beautiful Emerson Creek Pottery and Tearoom wedding. This was my first Emerson Creek wedding for 2019, and it’s always so much fun being back at the place where I got married.
JoAnna and Tom are constantly laughing and have a playfulness with each other that I admire. Even though it was raining for most of the time while we were taking pictures, JoAnna and Tom were in the moment with each other and didn’t let the rain bother them one bit. The weather cleared up later on, and we were still able to get some beautiful pictures outside.
JoAnna and Tom decided to do a first look, and I’m so glad they did. They couldn’t stop smiling, and loved sharing this special moment together. The photos from their first look are some of my favorites from their wedding day. In fact, I was so focused on capturing this moment between them that I didn’t realize I was leaning away from the overhang on the side of the barn and the whole back of my hair was completely soaked. Totally worth it though! 😉
One of the things I enjoy about JoAnna and Tom is that they have such a love for their family, and they wanted to include them in their special day. Their son, Tom, is absolutely adorable, and JoAnna’s daughters, Maya and Emma were such an important part of the day as well.
The details and decor at JoAnna and Tom’s wedding was beautiful. I wanted to make sure I mentioned the vendors, because they were amazing! Venue: Emerson Creek Pottery & Tearoom | Stylist: Molly (Emerson Creek) | Florist: Ipomea Floral Design | DJ: Admit One DJs | Sweets: EC Confectionary | Catering: My Chef
JoAnna and Tom thank you so much for having me capture this special day in your lives. I’m looking forward to capturing more memories for you in the future.
