As a Wheaton maternity photographer, I had a great time photographing this mom-to-be at her home. Katie is expecting her little one in December. I’m looking forward to capturing this family with their little one when he/she arrives.

The photo above is one of my favorites from this at home, lifestyle maternity session. I love how the natural light from the window is accentuating the happy expression on Katie’s face.

I really like how all of these photos have a personal touch, because they were taken at Katie’s home. It was the perfect location for this lifestyle maternity session. 

When Katie first contacted about a maternity session, she mentioned that she was looking for photos with a classic and simple feel. I really love how these photos capture that feeling. The simplicity of the photos really puts the focus on this beautiful mom-to-be. 

Katie has an adorable giraffe in the nursery. We decided to incorporate it for a few fun photos.

George was excited to be a part of the photo session as well. He is such a cute dog, and with a few treats, was quite cooperative for the session 🙂
