As an Illinois Wedding Photographer, I love meeting couples like Olivia and Donnie. These two have so much fun together, and kept laughing throughout the entire session.

Olivia and Donnie are up for anything and carefully climbed across rocks in the stream. At one point, Olivia slipped, and almost got completely soaked. Luckily, Donnie caught her just in time.

This was my first time taking photos at Waterfall Glen Forest Preserve in Lemont. It is such a beautiful location, and anytime you can find a waterfall in the Chicago suburbs it makes it that much better!

Olivia and Donnie met 3 years ago when they used to work at a medical billing call center together. They sat right next to each other. Donnie kept talking to Olivia so much that they had to move him to a different seat. 😅 From the very beginning, these two were a great fit for each other.

Donnie and Olivia have a mini goldendoodle named Nala, and three turtles named, Donatello, April, and Shredder. Do you see the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles reference? 😉

In their free time, they enjoy watching movies, playing video games, and going on cruises (they are hoping to go on a cruise for their honeymoon). They also have a mutual love of sweets. Apple pie is one of their favorites!

One of the things that Olivia loves about Donnie is how caring he is, and how he pays attention to the little details about her.

These two complement each other so well, and I’m excited to capture their special day at Emerson Creek next year!
