It’s been a little over a year and a half since I visited Emerson Creek Pottery and Tea Room. I couldn’t have asked for a better wedding to welcome me back. Jessica and Jeremy were originally planning an October 2020 wedding, but with the pandemic they decided to move their date to May 2021.

They got a beautiful sunny day, and we were all grateful for that especially since it was pouring the day before 😉 Jessica and Jeremy were so in the moment on their day, and I loved capturing that.

I got married at Emerson Creek in July 2015, and always love coming back to capture couples creating their own memories at a place that will always be special to me.

Jessica and Jeremy’s wedding day started with getting ready photos at their apartment. There are so many candid moments that happen and I love capturing the anticipation and excitement. Both Jessica and Jeremy wanted a photo with their dog, Bear. I think it’s safe to say he was excited to be photographed. We managed to get him to sit for a second 😂

After taking some photos at the apartment, we all headed over to Emerson Creek Pottery in Tea Room in Oswego. The bridal coop is one of my favorite places at this venue. It is the perfect spot for those special getting ready moments.

Jessica did a first look with her dad and his reaction was beyond sweet. You can tell just how happy he was for Jessica.
