As a Long Grove wedding photographer, I had a great time taking Kelli and Eddie’s engagement photos in downtown historic Long Grove. Kelli and Eddie are a fun couple and were laughing throughout the session. I’m looking forward to photographing their wedding at Hotel Baker in September.
This was my first time taking photos in downtown Long Grove, and it is such a cool location. There are lots of unique buildings that provide great backdrops for photos.
Eddie and Kelli truly were a joy to photograph. They are so comfortable in front of the camera, and you can really tell how much they are in love.
Eddie and Kelli are such a sweet couple. I remember how pleasantly surprised I was when Eddie inquired about my photography services. I’m used to always being contacted by future brides, and not the groom. He is such a thoughtful person, and wanted to help Kelli with wedding planning.
Kelli and Eddie put a lot of thought into their session, and it really does show in their photos. From their outfits, to the location, and more, these two were able to get engagement photos that truly reflect who they are as a couple.
Eddie brought along his 1968 El Camino to their engagement session. The car was the perfect backdrop for some fun, vintage inspired photos of Eddie and Kelli together. It’s always great when couples personalize their engagement session, because then the photos really do tell a story.
While walking around downtown Long Grove, we discovered this cool aqua siding on one of shops. I love how the bright background really makes this lovely couple stand out in these photos.
Eddie and Kelli, thanks so much for having me capture this special time in your lives. I’m looking forward to photographing more special moments for you both on your wedding day.
